Rainbow Skewers

This rainbow fruit appetizer is such a hit with both kids and adults. With summer around the corner, these skewers are great for snacking or as a dessert alternative for a celebration. We used the freshest fruits we can find and place them in rainbow (ROYGBIV) order. You can substitute other fruit for the kinds shown in the photo, but these flavors work well together and people always like the skewers better than fruit in a bowl!
